Its Me

Gorgeous, intelligent, kind, sweet, charming, witty, hilarious, friendly...

Me a teenager, soon to be an adult. Presently I am quite busy in studies, though I find myself ample time for tweeting, and blogging.

I like reading, whatever is worth reading, starting from novels to magazines to newspapers.
I also like listening to songs, mostly Bengali, Hindi and sometimes English, but I never like embarrassing myself and others by singing a song myself.
A few Video games also sometimes fascinate me.

My 2 philosophies in life are:
i) The Bible may have said "Hate the Sin and Not the Sinner", but I say "Hate the Sin as well as the Sinner, but don't ever be the Sinner of the same Sin Yourself"
ii) People say there is much to learn by seeing the great deeds of the Good people. But I say that there is even much more to learn by seeing the Nasty deeds of Bad people. We just have to Hate their nasty deeds and promise ourselves not to see those nasty deeds in ourselves.

Quite unique isn't it?

Now do I seem to be quite philosophical. Well I'm not.
I also like making new friends, and chatting with them that is why I'm in the social networking sites.

So that's all about me.

Movie Review: Paa

Our Pre-Final Exams half-finished yesterday with Environmental Education. And yesterday was also the day when I went to the 89 Cinemas Durgapur to set my eyes on the newly released movie called “PAA”.

The film was really nice. It started with Jaya Bachchan introducing the actors and the crew of the film. According to all the previews, and reviews, the film was supposed to be good and it did live up to my expectation.

The film actually had no such story. But the wise words of Auro (Amitabh Bachchan) makes you laugh very often. Auro’s school and his friends were depicted very well. Auro’s little dance step with his hands over his head, and then at the back and again at the front enthralled us all. The way little Auro received his prize from Amol Arte (Abhishekh Bachchan) was very funny. Auro makes you laugh throughout. Amitabh Bachchan had acted really well.

Other two great actors of the movie were Vidya (Vidya Balan), Auro’s mum; and Bum (Arundhati Nag), Auro’s grandmother. Both acted really well with little Auro. Their talking with Auro often made us giggle butt the next time made us gloomy.

Amol Arte (Abhishekh Bachchan) Auro’s father and a young Member of Parliament hadn’t much to do in the film but he was also good enough in the scenes in which he was seen. His ‘shaking hand ‘ and ‘round and round’ with Vidya at the end in front of sick Auro brought tears in every bodies eyes.

The music of the film starting with ‘Muri Muri Ittefack se” was nice.

At the end it can be said the film was worth watching. Go see it if you haven’t watched it still now. The makeup Amitabh Bachchan was simply awesome. At the beginning it is said “Introducing Amitabh Bachchan” The makeup was so nice it may make you say at the end, “Hey where was Amitabh Bachchan?” But just then you see “Amitabh Bachchan as Auro” written on the screen. Thus the makeup was great.

I finally came out of the theatre with as heavy and big a head as Auro. Good job R. Balki.
